1. What Real Estate Study Partner is

Real Estate Study Partner ("the Service", "we", "us") is an educational study aid for real estate licensing exams. It provides teaching lessons, flashcards, practice questions, and practice exams. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, is not a substitute for pre-licensing education required by your state, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state real estate commission or exam vendor (including PSI or Pearson VUE).

2. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing any examination or achieving any particular score. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Content is provided for study purposes and may contain errors; always verify against your state's current license law, candidate handbook, and official pre-licensing materials. Please report suspected errors using the in‑app "Report an error" tool.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account, created via a one‑time email sign‑in link. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you use and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription.

4. Free and paid plans; billing

• A free plan is available. Paid plans ("Pro") unlock additional features as described at checkout.
• Monthly subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• One‑time exam pass grants access for the stated period (e.g., 90 days) and does not automatically renew.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, or bulk‑copy the content; not to share your paid access with others; and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the content for your own exam preparation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
